I just made a new discovery. I’ve been receiving emails from food network but I did not know they had a healthy section. As they say, healthy food does not have to be boring. I agree and they have several great recipes. They also have a section for special diets that includes gluten-free vegetarian and others. This particular recipe caught my attention because I love gyros. I wish it could be lamb me but I may substitute soy crumbles, ground turkey, or ground chicken. How would you tweak it?
